Job description:
- Perform a SWOT analysis for territory markets, and collect information about competitors, potential market volumes, current market shares, and customer feedback.
- Aggressively exploit the in-charge territory to identify new targets of customers and new sales opportunities.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Plan and organize sales activities, such as demos, line trials, seminars, line audits, solution presentations,…etc to find out customers’ needs and transform business opportunities into orders.
- Make business development plans, daily reports, and weekly summaries for the manager to monitor. Cooperate with customers and project teams, collect customers’ needs, analyze applications, and provide feasible solutions to satisfy customers’ values.
- Cooperate with marketing teams in marketing activities and analysis.
- Cooperate with related services, projects, and marketing teams to achieve customer satisfaction. Cooperate with the Finance Department to improve the performance of receivables and payables. Negotiate and close Sales Agreements with good terms and conditions.
- Make Sales reports timely and accurately.
- Support the Purchasing Team to do necessary product deliveries or documents to customers accordingly. Support the Project Team for site work such as installation/paperwork/site management and supervision (if any).
- Other tasks or reports are assigned by Manager and BOD.
Salary: Negotiable.
Job requirement:
College/University degree or above with programming, mechanical, mechatronics, or electronics engineering background.
At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales.
Premium brand selling experience is required.
Good at English communication.
Good at schedule management and planning skills.
Able to deal with deadlines, being a Customer Oriented.
Analytical approach to problem-solving capability, ownership, and never-give-up attitude.
Ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, under high work pressure.
Sales passion, collaboration, open-mindedness, and resourcefulness.
Flexible to support the company business after working hours (if needed).
Be willing for business trips.
